Introduce myself.

My name is Denise Olsen and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in the Seaside town of Bridlington.  Allow me to help you become the person you want to be using modern clinical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy techniques.  I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, having trained at the renouned "Innervisions School of Hypnotherapy", under its principal instructor Brian Glenn. It is here I first discovered  and was taught the proven weight reduction programme as featured on KCFM Radio  & GMTV. I am also a validated member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and listed on the General Hypnotherapy Register.

 I believe in a kind caring approach to problems, whilst remaining professional, with total confidentialality assured.  I want clients to feel relaxed and at ease in my company, so I work from my home, which is quiet and relaxing with easy parking. 

I can help you with a wide variety of problems, such as fears, phobias, stress, IBS, exam nerves, driving tests, relationships, and confidence, as well as helping you to quit smoking, or reduce your weight.
