Smoking is simply a habit, that becomes automatic.
We actually put suggestions into your subconscious to help you deal with cravings and to stop weight gain, which no other method of stopping can do.
Hypnotherapy has been proven the quickest and most effective way to become a non smoker.
Smoking is not an addiction, as many people believe.
I tailor my stop smoking sessions to each individual, so you can be sure that you are getting the best chance of success.
I am still getting recommendations from people who I helped quit over 8 years ago, so I know my system works.
Now taking bookings from E Cig users too.
When you stop smoking this is what happens to your body:

You will reduce your risk of gangrene or amputation caused by circulatory problems.
You will protect the health of those around you by not exposing them to secondhand smoke.
You will reduce the chances of your children suffering from asthma or glue ear.
You will improve your fertility levels and your chance of a healthy pregnancy and baby.

You will enjoy the taste of food more.
Life Style Improvements
You will save money - as much as several hundred pounds a month, if you're a heavy smoker.
You will no longer smell of stale tobacco.
The appearance of your skin and teeth will improve.
You will feel more confident in social situations - you won't be worrying about the secondhand smoke you create anymore.
As a non-smoker, you may even find you get approached more often by potential new friends and partners when out socialising.
Your home will smell fresh and you will no longer be staining your walls with nicotine. You will reduce the risk of fire in your home.
SECONDHAND SMOKE CAUSES SMOKING RELATED DISEASES
Secondhand smoke comes from the tip of a cigarette and the smoke that is breathed back out by the smoker. Wherever people smoke, there is secondhand smoke in the air although you might not notice it because it is almost invisible and odourless. Even if you open a window, secondhand smoke will still be present in a room after two and a half hours! Even if you can't see or smell any smoke, it's probably still there. Smoking in a car is even worse because all of the smoke is concentrated into a small space.
SECONDHAND SMOKE CONTAINS 4,000 TOXIC CHEMICALS
People that breath secondhand smoke are at risk of the same diseases as smokers, including cancer and heart disease, because secondhand smoke contains 4,000 toxic chemicals. It is estimated that secondhand smoke causes thousands of deaths each year. Children are particularly affected by secondhand smoke because their bodies are still developing, and around half of all British children are growing up in homes where at least one parent is a smoker

As most of my stop smoking clients come from recommendations from previous smokers I have helped to stop, please do not try to make an appointment for someone else as a present or surprise, as I will need to speak to the person who wants to stop smoking before I make the appointment. This is to make sure they really want to stop for themselves and are not just coming to keep someone else happy.
