Suggestion therapy, hypnosis & EFT can be used for most basic issues and most can be dealt with in 1 or 2 sessions, depending on individual needs. Emotionally linked conditions may require more sessions to access the root or the condition and treat. Analytical hypnotherapy and EFT will be used to help a client understand where an emotion stems from, followed by suggestion therapy to help clear the issue.
