My name is Denise Olsen and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in the seaside town of Bridlington. I have been a Hypnotherapist and a Psychotherapist for a number of years now, but was originally a newsagent who discovered she had healing hands (I believe they call it Reiki now). I have been through many of the usual experiences of life, that stop us in our tracks (death, divorce, cancer, job loss etc) but believe they can make us stronger people eventually. But sometimes people need a little extra help.

 I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and EFT Practioner, having gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at the renound Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis. It is here I first discovered the Revolutionary New Way to Lose Weight (as featured on KCFM Radio & GMTV) that I use in my practice today.

 I am a validated member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), and listed on the General Hypnotherapy Register and also a member of the NHS Register of Alternative Therpists.

I believe in a kind caring approach to problems, whilst remaining professional, with total confidentialality assured. I want clients to feel relaxed and at ease in my company, so I work from my home, which is quiet and relaxing with easy parking.
